Secondly, we should change the oil out of the box.  Because of long-term use, it is inevitable that foreign matters will enter the hydraulic cylinder, thus increasing friction will occur during use. In addition, hydraulic oil also has a certain service life, and failure to change oil for a long time will damage or erode the interior of the hydraulic cylinder.

Treatment is not as good as prevention, so the speed should be controlled properly in the work of the hydraulic cylinder, not more than 2m/s, which can prolong the service life of the hydraulic cylinder. In addition, in order to protect the mechanism and safety, the internal installation of buffer device is very effective for the protection of the hydraulic cylinder.
